The Investment Scoring System saves a business owner time and money while increasing their chances of getting the investment they need. When the Investment Scoring System is combined with the Business & Franchise Model, a predictable path is established for the public sale of a privately held company. Certified Business Models & Franchises are assigned a higher Investment Score and therefore, can be presented to a special class of Angel Investors and venture capitalists. Once both parties are satisfied with the investment point score, it is presented to high net-worth investors, which they maintain in their databases.
